AI Tool Integration (MCP) 🔌

Feature Overview

Now supports MCP (a standard connecting AI tools with external services), allowing connections from Claude.
You can operate Translead directly from Claude on the web or desktop.
You can perform tasks such as creating, updating, and searching for clients, contacts, deals, and activities, creating reports and deal boards, and configuring item settings and target settings, simply by giving instructions in the chat.

Before You Connect

Confirm that you can sign in to Translead CRM with your usual account.
Ask your CRM administrator or Translead CRM support to confirm that MCP is enabled for your company; no API key is needed for the OAuth connections below.
Use a Claude account approved by your company; your workspace may require administrator permission.
Your existing CRM permissions determine which records and settings you can use.

How to Use

The remote server URL is https://crm-api.translead.app/mcp. Select OAuth if asked to choose an authentication method. Interface labels may vary by language and product version.

For Claude (Web and Desktop)

Click your account name at the bottom left of the screen and open Settings.
Open Connectors under Customize.
Click Add at the top right.
Enter Translead CRM for Name and https://crm-api.translead.app/mcp for Remote MCP Server URL, then click Continue.
